Complaints are always unfortunate. Often, however, we can often quickly solve them from images and a brief description. The fastest is therefore that you send this information along with your order number to kundeservice@babygear.dk
In some cases it may be necessary to get the goods returned to us. Should we wish you to return a defective item, we will send you a return label for printing by mail. Please wait for the product to be returned until you have heard from us.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, ie. as soon as possible after you discover the error. According to the Buying Act, you have two years of warranty. The warranty applies only if you have used the goods in a normal and prudent manner and did not cause damage to the goods or used them incorrectly.
